Requirements
Here are the minimum requirements necessary for a candidate to be considered for employment with Dolphin English:
We require our teachers to have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree and an accredited TEFL qualification (e.g. CELTA).
We strongly prefer to hire teachers with substantial previous online teaching experience.
Our teachers must have access to a computer with the minimum specifications to run ClassIn smoothly (more information can be found here: https://www.classin.com/classin-teacher-manual-an-ultimate-guide-to-classin/)
We only consider candidates who are kind, patient, and passionate about educating young people. Our classes are lively and energetic, and we work with teachers who are able to create a positive and enthusiastic classroom atmosphere.
