Department Director
We are led by our Department Director, Niki. With many years of experience and an inspiring vision for our students, she paves the way for consistent high-quality service and constant innovation.
Our Department Director sets the overall vision for Dolphin English. Niki supports all team members with guidance and direction, and helps a large and diverse group of people to reach their potential.

Operations Management
Our Operations Management focus on building and refining the systems which allow our teachers to have seamless access to everything that they need at all times. Operations aim to guarantee that all teams are working towards a common goal – giving our students the best possible experience.
Our Operations Managers, David B and Jacob S, are involved in more than just developing systems and processes. They also play a key role in hiring, curriculum design, and setting clear teaching standards and guidelines, among many other responsibilities.

Academics
The Academics team specialize in arranging teacher’s schedules and providing structured and detailed feedback for teachers. They host sessions to help prepare teachers for new courses, and build strong relationships with the shared goal of maximizing student learning outcomes.
Our Academics team currently consists of six core members. The team spend a lot of time in contact with teachers, aiming to help them master our teaching approach. The Academics team also spend time refining our online self-study training courses and analysing our teaching materials.

Class Management
Each class is assigned a dedicated Class Manager. The Class Manager is responsible for communicating between the teacher and the parents, and helping to troubleshoot any issues which arise during a session. Our Class Managers play a critical role in our success.
There are currently more than 60 Class Managers all working passionately to communicate with the parents of our students. The Class Managers provide parents with information about our curriculum and teaching methods, and respond to a variety of queries concerning effective study advice.

Research & Development
The R&D team analyse current course materials and continuously upgrade and improve them. Using a data driven and systematic approach, they give teachers the tools that they need to inspire and engage our students. The instructional design methods at Dolphin English are based on a modern and evolving theoretical framework.
Our R&D team is presently comprised of six members, who conduct meticulous research regarding effective online learning strategies and adapt our course materials to meet the high expectations of our students. The team use a data-driven approach to instructional design, and are always quick to take advantage of recent technological improvements.
